Slotoro is the newest brand in the V.Partners group, introduced in November 2025 on the same operating company and licence as VerdeCasino: Wiraon B.V., Curaçao licence OGL/2024/686/0183. It runs a casino, a live casino and a sportsbook on one shared balance, takes NOK and CAD as account currencies, and opens with a three-deposit welcome package of up to €2,500 + 250 free spins (stated, read 7 October 2026). The licence appears on the Curaçao regulator’s register in its 2 October 2026 edition, and no Slotoro domain is on Norway’s DNS-block list. Four figures decide what the package is worth: 40× wagering, a €5 maximum bet while a bonus is active, a 5× cashout cap on each stage, and five-day windows. Payment and verification rules follow the operator’s published conditions, read on 7 October 2026 and restated here as stated.

Is Slotoro legit?

Yes, in the sense that can be checked from outside: a named operating company, Wiraon B.V., holding Curaçao licence OGL/2024/686/0183, which we read off the regulator’s register dated 2 October 2026 as well as off the site footer, and a domain that is not on Norway’s block list. What that does not give you is a European regulator behind your account. That is true of every Curaçao brand, and it is why the bonus and withdrawal rules below are worth two minutes.

Slotoro’s own terms and About page name Wiraon B.V. of Korporaalweg 10, Willemstad, Curaçao (company registration 146886) as owner and operator, licensed under OGL/2024/686/0183, with Cyprus-registered Briantie Limited (HE 385770, Limassol) handling payments as its agent. That is the same company, registration number and licence that sits behind VerdeCasino, so the two brands are one operator with two shopfronts. Slotoro is sold through the same affiliate programme as IceCasino, V.Vegas, HitNSpin, FS Casino and FieryPlay, which run on different companies. We map who owns what in our casino operator families guide, built from licence records rather than marketing copy.

Safety check: what we verified about Slotoro

What we verified, and where you can repeat it

  • The licence is on the regulator’s register. The Curaçao Gaming Authority (successor to the Gaming Control Board, shown as Curaçao GCB in our Quick Facts) publishes its Online Gaming Licence Registry as a dated PDF. The 2 October 2026 edition lists OGL/2024/686/0183 at entry 306: licensee Wiraon B.V., B2C, registration 146886, issued 14 October 2025. We read the number off that document on 7 October 2026.
  • The register’s status label. The row carries a listed expiry of 14 April 2026 and the status “Assessment in progress”. The register uses separate labels for “Expired” and “Revoked”, and this row carries neither; the same label appears against a large share of the licences on the list. We report it as printed.
  • Not on the enforcement register. The authority’s Enforcement Register, last updated 14 September 2026, records licences revoked, suspended or not extended. It does not list Wiraon B.V. or OGL/2024/686/0183.
  • Same company as VerdeCasino, different from the group’s other brands. IceCasino and V.Vegas share Whitebox B.V. and OGL/2024/822/0338; Slotoro and VerdeCasino share Wiraon B.V. and OGL/2024/686/0183. Our licence tracker holds the numbers side by side, and the company name, registration number and licence on Slotoro’s terms page match the register’s three values.
  • Not blocked in Norway. Lotteritilsynet’s DNS-block list holds 238 domains. No Slotoro domain is among them on the list we publish at blokkerte casino i Norge, checked again on 7 October 2026.

What a Curaçao licence does and does not give you

A Curaçao licence means the operator went through an authorisation process, can be identified, and can be complained to. It is not the Malta or UK regime: no Norwegian or Canadian regulator stands behind your account, and a disputed withdrawal is settled by the operator rather than by an independent adjudicator with the power to order a payout. Our licence comparison sets out what each regime enforces. For Norwegian players there is one more consequence: a single win over 10,000 kr is taxable income at 22% under skatteloven § 5-50 whatever licence the casino holds, and that applies to Slotoro exactly as it applies to every other offshore brand. The rule is explained on our Norwegian casino tax page.

Verification: what Slotoro asks for, and when

Slotoro’s terms, KYC policy and help text say the same thing: verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal, and it is triggered as soon as you use any no-deposit offer. The KYC policy adds that standard verification applies once your total transactions reach €1,000 or the equivalent (stated). The documents are the usual three: proof of identity (passport, national ID card or driving licence), proof of address dated within the last three months, and a screenshot or photo of the card or e-wallet you deposited with. Larger deposits can bring a source-of-funds request.

How to register so verification passes first time

  • Type your name exactly as it is printed on the ID you will upload. If your passport shows Østby, register as Østby. If the form will not accept æ, ø or å, ask support in writing which spelling they want on file before you deposit, and keep the reply.
  • Pick your account currency carefully. The site states that the currency chosen at registration cannot be changed later. NOK and CAD are both on the list of 11 fiat currencies.
  • Use the same name on the payment side, and verify before the first deposit. The terms rule out third-party deposits, withdrawals go back to the deposit method, and withdrawals can be restricted while checks are running, so the earlier the three documents are in, the shorter the path to a payout.

Clearing the Slotoro bonus: the terms on our record

The headline is up to €2,500 + 250 free spins across three deposits (stated, read 7 October 2026). No promo code is needed; the offer is switched on in the Bonuses section of your profile before each deposit, and the site states you then have 72 hours to make that deposit. The stages run in order, and skipping one ends the package. The figures are the operator’s own, from its English home page and bonus terms on the date read.

  • First deposit (min €10): 100% match up to €500, plus 100 free spins on Crown Coins (Endorphina) at €0.20 a spin, paid 50 a day. Deposit within 60 minutes of activation and the spins rise to 150 (stated).
  • Second deposit: €15 to €30 earns a 75% match up to €500 plus 50 free spins on Coin Win: Hold The Spin (Gamzix). €30 or more earns a 125% match up to €1,000 plus 75 free spins on Joker Stoker (Endorphina).
  • Third deposit (min €25): 150% match up to €1,000 plus 75 free spins on Blazing Crown Deluxe (Amigo Gaming).

The four numbers, and what each one does

  • Wagering: 40× on the bonus and on free-spin winnings (stated). On a €100 bonus that is €4,000 of turnover. Real balance is used first; bonus play starts once the real balance is at zero. Put the figure through our wagering calculator before you opt in.
  • Max bet: €5 per spin while a bonus is active (stated). The bonus terms give the same cap in local money: 50 NOK and 5 CAD. The buy-feature counts as a spin, and a risk game counts too. At €5 a spin, €4,000 of turnover is a minimum of 800 spins. A bet above the cap, at any stage, is grounds for the operator to cancel both balances (stated).
  • Max cashout: 5× your deposit on each stage (stated). A €100 deposit caps that stage’s bonus winnings at €500 withdrawable. This is the term that makes the package generous in size rather than in value.
  • Expiry: 5 days from crediting (stated). Each stage runs its own clock, so the requirement does not pool across the package.

Two more clauses matter. Live casino, table games and instant games do not count towards wagering, and Big Bass Hold & Spinner counts at 15%; the rest of the slot lobby counts in full (stated). Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is still being wagered forfeits the bonus balance and any unused free spins, while the deposit itself stays withdrawable (stated). Put together: deposit €100 and take the first-stage €100 bonus, and you are committing to at least 800 spins at the cap inside five days for a maximum bonus payout of €500.

Sportsbook welcome bonus

Sports players get a separate two-stage offer worth up to €700 (stated, read 7 October 2026): a 100% match up to €350 on a first deposit of €10 or more, then a 150% match up to €350 on a second deposit of €15 or more. Wagering is 10×, and bets count only at odds of 1.9 or higher for singles and 1.4 or higher per leg for accumulators. The maximum stake while a betting bonus is active is €50, or 500 NOK (stated), and betting more than one outcome in the same market on bonus funds is not allowed.

Payments & withdrawals

The method list is broad, and it is the part of Slotoro that matters most for Norwegian and Canadian players: cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), e-wallets (Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Jeton, MuchBetter, AstroPay, Revolut), bank transfer including Rapid Transfer, Klarna and Interac, prepaid Paysafecard, and ten crypto options (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether on ERC20 and TRC20, Dogecoin, BNB, TON, TRON, USD Coin, Binance Pay). The account can be held in NOK or CAD, two of the 11 fiat currencies listed. The minimum deposit is €10 on every method except Bitcoin, which starts at €30 (stated). Minimum withdrawals are €10 on e-wallets, crypto and Interac, €45 on cards and €50 on bank transfer (stated).

Withdrawal limits and fees, as stated by the operator

  • Processing tiers. For a verified account, requests up to €499 are approved within 5 minutes to 12 hours and no later than 2 working days. €500 to €4,999: 5 minutes to 48 hours and no later than 5 working days. €5,000 to €29,999: within 30 working days. €30,000 and above: individual terms. All exclude weekends and public holidays, and clearance then depends on the payment provider.
  • Cap after a big run. Once your withdrawal requests, balance and lifetime withdrawals together reach 20× your total deposits, withdrawals can be limited to €5,000 per 30 days (stated).
  • Early-withdrawal withholding. If turnover is less than twice the deposit, the operator reserves the right to withhold 20% of the withdrawal to cover payment costs (stated). Play the deposit through twice and the clause does not apply.
  • Same method back. Funds are withdrawn by the method used to deposit. Our withdrawal speed database records Slotoro’s stated tiers; the operator does not publish separate timings per method, so the cashier’s live estimate is the figure to read before you request.

How this review was built

This is a desk review: the licence read off the regulator’s register, and the operator’s terms, bonus terms, KYC policy and help pages, all read on 7 October 2026. Across our review set exactly one brand, MyStake, has been through a full deposit-and-withdraw test by us, and our editor test log lists every test we have run. Every payout figure on this page is the operator’s stated figure. Our method is set out in how we review casinos.

Games

The lobby covers slots, Megaways, jackpots, table games, video poker, instant and crash games. The site names Pragmatic Play, Endorphina, Evoplay, BGaming, Play’n GO, Hacksaw, Yggdrasil, Novomatic, CQ9 Gaming and Gamzix among its providers, with live tables from Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live and Vivo Gaming. Every game except the live tables opens in demo mode without an account. The sportsbook covers football, basketball, tennis and esports, pre-match and live, and there are apps for iOS and Android alongside browser play.

Who Slotoro suits, and who should look elsewhere

We rate Slotoro 4.2 out of 5 on our desk-review scale: a licence we could verify on the register, banking in NOK and CAD, a casino and a sportsbook on one balance, and a welcome package whose terms are stated in plain figures, set against a 5× cashout cap, a 20% early-withdrawal clause and a 30-working-day tier for five-figure withdrawals.

It suits you if

  • You play from Norway or Canada and want an account in your own currency, with Interac, MiFinity or crypto rails rather than a card your bank may decline.
  • You bet on sport as well as slots and would rather run both from one balance, with a €700 sportsbook offer at 10× rather than 40×.
  • You treat the €5 (50 NOK) max bet as a hard rule while a bonus runs, or skip the bonus and play the deposit through twice so the 20% clause does not apply.

It does not suit you if

  • You want a regulator who can order a payout. A Curaçao licence does not provide that, and no offshore brand will.
  • You are chasing a five-figure win. The 5× cap limits what a bonus converts into, withdrawals of €5,000 and above sit in a 30-working-day tier, and the 20× rule can hold withdrawals to €5,000 per 30 days.
  • You prefer the group’s flagship: IceCasino carries the bigger casino-only package on our pages, on a different operating company.

Slotoro review: quick answers

Is Slotoro blocked in Norway?

No. Lotteritilsynet’s block list holds 238 domains and no Slotoro domain is among them, on the full list we publish and checked again on 7 October 2026. Unblocked is not the same as Norwegian-licensed: Slotoro holds no Norwegian licence, and a single win over 10,000 kr is taxable at 22% under skatteloven § 5-50 regardless of the licence the casino holds.

Who owns Slotoro, and is it the same as VerdeCasino?

Wiraon B.V., company registration 146886, Willemstad, Curaçao, licensed under OGL/2024/686/0183 (register entry 306 in the 2 October 2026 edition, read 7 October 2026), with Cyprus-based Briantie Limited as payments agent. That is the same company and licence as VerdeCasino, so the two are one operator with separate brands, accounts, lobbies and welcome packages; Slotoro adds a sportsbook. Our VerdeCasino review covers the sister site on its own terms.

Can Canadian players use Slotoro?

Our availability record for Slotoro lists Norway and Canada, and the cashier takes CAD as an account currency with Interac on the deposit list and the bonus max bet set at 5 CAD. The only licence on our record is the Curaçao one; we hold no provincial registration for the brand, so Ontario players who want a locally regulated site should start from our Ontario iGaming sites page instead.

Has newcasino.ai deposit-tested Slotoro?

No. This is a desk review built on the regulator’s register and the operator’s published terms, read on 7 October 2026. MyStake is the only brand in our set we have put through a full deposit-and-withdraw test, and every test we have run is in the editor test log.

Our Verdict

VerdeCasino's sister brand on the same Wiraon B.V. licence, with casino, live casino and sportsbook on one balance, NOK and CAD wallets, and a €2,500 + 250 free spins package on terms stated in plain figures: 40× wagering, €5 max bet, 5× cashout per stage. Verify before your first withdrawal and keep bonus bets at the cap.
