Ontario iGaming Sites — The 83 Sites iGaming Ontario Lists (2026)

iGaming Ontario publishes the list of sites licensed to take Ontario players. As of 18 August 2026 there are 83 of them, and 73 offer casino games. This page republishes that list as a plain CSV and JSON file so it can be checked, sorted and cited without scraping anything.

Offering tags are iGO’s own, not ours. A single operator can appear several times where it runs separate casino, poker and sportsbook brands — 888, BetMGM, DraftKings, FanDuel and PartyCasino each do.

Who maintains the list, and how often it changes

Two bodies stand behind every row. The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) registers the operators and gaming-related suppliers and sets the standards they operate under; iGaming Ontario (iGO) then executes an operating agreement with each registered operator and conducts and manages the market. A site appears in the directory only once both steps are complete — which is why the operator count and the site count move together without being equal. At our 25 August 2026 check, iGO showed 48 operators behind the 83 gaming websites.

There is no fixed publication schedule. iGO stamps the directory with its own “accurate as of” date and revises it when an operating agreement goes live or an operator exits — at that same check the stamp read 6 August 2026, against our 18 August transcription, with both showing 83 sites. Treat any republication, this file included, as a dated snapshot and iGO’s page as the live source. One listing is a special case: OLG.ca sits alongside the regulated sites but operates under the conduct and management of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation rather than under an iGO operating agreement — iGO footnotes this itself.

How to read it

Three things stop the list being misread:

• Match the URL, not the brand name. Several brands run an Ontario-specific domain or path alongside their global site — on.bet365.ca, ontario.captaincooks.casino, casinodays.com/on — and the address in the listing is the regulated one. A familiar logo on a different domain is not the same site.
• The condition is where you are, not who you are. iGO’s stated requirement is 19 or over and physically located in Ontario, enforced by geolocation; iGO keeps a separate FAQ on what happens when an account is accessed from outside the province.
• The offering tags record what a site offers, nothing more. This file does not grade, rank or recommend any of the 83. For a step-by-step check of a single brand — register entry, footer, URL — use how to check the Ontario register.

What is not in this file

This is the iGO site list and nothing else. It deliberately does not contain:

• AGCO registrant details. The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario registers the legal entities behind these brands, but publishes no machine-readable list we could mirror. Operator legal names and registration numbers are therefore absent rather than approximated.
• Kahnawake Gaming Commission licensees. Not covered.
• Alberta iGaming. Not covered.
• First Nations gaming registers. Not covered.

A brand’s absence from this file means only that it is not on iGO’s list. It is not a statement about whether that brand is licensed elsewhere in Canada.

Ontario and Alberta: two registers, not one

Since 13 July 2026 Canada has had two provincial registers of private igaming sites, and neither covers the other. A brand live in both provinces appears on both registers separately; a brand on one may be entirely absent from the other. The structures rhyme without matching:

What “registered” guarantees — and what it does not

Registration is a legal status, not a quality score. A site on this list is run by an AGCO-registered operator, bound by the Registrar’s Standards for Internet Gaming, operating under an iGO agreement. Concretely, that gives a player:

• age and location checks — 19 or over, physically in Ontario;
• games supplied and tested under AGCO standards rather than at the operator’s discretion;
• advertising rules, including Ontario’s restriction on publicly advertising bonuses and inducements — offers may only be presented on the operator’s own channels or to players who have opted in;
• one self-exclusion covering the whole market — BetGuard, iGO’s centralised programme, applies across the regulated sites rather than one at a time;
• a complaint route that ends at a regulator — the AGCO accepts internet gaming complaints directly.

What it does not guarantee: that a site’s bonus terms are good value, that its withdrawals are fast, or that it suits you better than the other 82 — the register holds facts, not rankings. Nor does it make a site government-run; of the 83, only OLG.ca is operated by a provincial agency. Comparative questions — terms, payout speeds, game libraries — are review work, and we keep them off this page deliberately.

Why it matters

Ontario was the first Canadian province with a closed, licensed online market; Alberta became the second on 13 July 2026. A site on this list is regulated to take Ontario players; a site not on it is not, whatever it says on its own homepage. That distinction is the whole reason we do not put offshore brands on our Ontario pages.
