Its V.Partners stablemates run on other companies — IceCasino and V.Vegas share Whitebox B.V. (OGL/2024/822/0338) and Verde Casino records Wiraon B.V. - Enforcement. Neither HitNSpin nor TwiceDice appears on the regulator’s enforcement register (10 July 2026 edition, which records revocations and non-extensions) or on its public-warnings page as of this check.
- Norway. No Norwegian licence, and none is available to an offshore operator. No HitNSpin domain is among the 238 on Lottstift’s DNS block list — detail in the next section.
