Regal Rush is the 2025 brand in Rhino Entertainment’s Norway set: a Norwegian-language site at regalrush-no.com run by White Star B.V. on the group’s Curaçao licence, built around Evolution’s live tables and the big Play’n GO, Push Gaming, Pragmatic Play and Hacksaw slots, with the same no-sticky welcome bonus its sister sites use. It is the one of the three whose terms name the Norwegian domain itself, and the one that publishes a withdrawal window. This review takes the operator’s own pages and terms, as read on 28 October 2026, plus the licence register, and works out what each promise is worth.
Is Regal Rush legit? The licence, read on the register
Regal Rush is operated by White Star B.V., a Curaçao company (registration 153150, Korporaalweg 10), under Curaçao Gaming Control Board online gaming licence OGL/2023/159/0076. We read that licence on the CGA’s public online-gaming registry (20 October 2026 edition) on 28 October 2026: row 611, B2C, licensee White Star B.V., validity “Indefinite” from 24 December 2025. The licence was first issued on 2 February 2024 for a year, after the group’s earlier Antillephone sub-licence era; there is no descending ladder of regimes here, which is the pattern we check for first. The CGA registry lists licensees, not domains, so the domain-level evidence for a Curaçao brand is the site’s own terms: regalrush-no.com’s clauses 1.1–1.3 name White Star B.V. and the licence number. The Regal Rush terms name REGALRUSH-NO.COM itself in clause 1.3, which is the cleanest domain-level match of the three Rhino Norway brands. One oddity to record: the site’s footer configuration lists seal slots for Curaçao, Estonia, Kahnawake and Anjouan, and there is no Anjouan register entry for Regal Rush or White Star B.V. We have asked the operator what that slot is; until answered, Curaçao is the only licence we print.
What the licence is not: Norwegian. The CGA is an offshore regulator; Lotteritilsynet has no role in a dispute with Regal Rush, and the terms restrict only the USA, the Netherlands, France, the Dutch West Indies and Curaçao itself — Norway is accepted. Regal Rush is not on Lotteritilsynet’s February 2026 DNS-blocking list (238 domains, the latest published), although four sister domains in the same group — casinodays.com, casinodays1.com, luckyspins.com and rocketriches.com — are. A blocked sibling says nothing about this domain’s licence and everything about how Lotteritilsynet treats the group; expect regalrush-no.com to be reviewed in a future decision like every offshore site serving Norway. The welcome bonus — 100% no-sticky up to 5,000 kr + 100 free spins
The headline is a 100% match on a first deposit of 200 kr or more, up to 5,000 kr, plus 100 free spins. The 100 free spins are on Templar Tumble. The part worth reading twice is the word “no-sticky”, because here it means what it should. The operator keeps your deposit and the bonus as two separate balances. You play your own money first, with no wagering requirement attached to it; the bonus only activates when your deposit balance is used up. The operator’s own example: deposit 1,000 kr and you get 1,000 kr extra; while your balance is above 1,000 kr you are playing your own funds, and if you win before touching the bonus you can withdraw at once.
Once the bonus balance is in play, the maths changes: the bonus amount must be wagered 35 times before it can be withdrawn. On a full 5,000 kr bonus that is 175,000 kr of turnover; on a 1,000 kr bonus, 35,000 kr. The Norwegian promotion page we read on 28 October 2026 publishes the minimum deposit and the 35× figure but not a maximum bet, a game-contribution table or an expiry; those sit in the linked bonus terms, which you should open before you accept. Read it plainly: this is a good structure for a player who may win early and walk away, and an ordinary 35× slots bonus for a player who plays through the deposit. The same offer runs across all three Rhino Norway brands, so the choice between them is the licence detail, payouts and record, not the bonus.
Cashback and promotions
The promotions page lists a 10% cashback paid on Thursdays, a jackpot network you opt into that pays across Mega, Major, Minor and Mini tiers (the Mega pool stood above 4.7 million kr when we looked), regular tournaments — a Hacksaw tournament with 70,000 kr in prizes and an 11-million-kr Pragmatic Play prize drop were live the week we checked — and Revolut as a featured payment method. We have not read the cashback’s own terms line by line; treat the rate as stated.
Payments from Norway
The site names cards, bank transfer, e-wallets and crypto as its deposit methods “depending on availability”, says the cashier shows the full list, and features Revolut on its promotions page. No casino fee is charged on deposits or withdrawals (operator-stated); your bank or payment provider may charge currency or processing fees, which the operator says are outside its control. The minimum deposit for the welcome bonus is 200 kr. The usual Norway pattern applies: Vipps does not work at foreign casinos and Norwegian bank cards are often declined by DNB and others, so an e-wallet, Revolut or crypto is the rail most likely to go through first time. Accounts are offered in kroner, which removes the exchange spread on deposit and withdrawal.
Payouts and limits
Regal Rush is the one of the three that puts a number on it: the FAQ says withdrawals are normally processed within 24–48 hours, e-wallets and crypto are usually fastest, and card withdrawals can take 3–5 business days depending on the provider. No casino fee is charged; banks and payment providers in Norway may have their own. The limits are the money-at-risk point. AskGamblers records withdrawal caps of €5,000 a day, €20,000 a week and €50,000 a month, so a six-figure win in kroner would take months to clear, and AskGamblers also describes support as “hard to find”. We have not deposit-tested Regal Rush.
Games and support
The operator states around 5,000 games from 93 studios, growing weekly: slots from Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play, Push Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Red Rake and others, Evolution’s live tables — Crazy Time, Monopoly Big Baller, Lightning Storm, Lightning Dice, Immersive Roulette, Speed Auto Roulette — plus classic blackjack and roulette, crash games and a networked jackpot across Mega, Major, Minor and Mini tiers. The most-played lists on the site run from Starburst, Gonzo’s Quest and Book of Dead to Wolf Gold, Buffalo King and Jammin’ Jars. There is no app: the operator says the site is built for mobile browsers on phones and tablets. Support is 24/7 by live chat and email, in Norwegian, with an FAQ for the common questions. Responsible-gambling tools listed are deposit limits, session reminders and self-exclusion.
Regal Rush for Norwegian players
For Norway, Regal Rush is an offshore casino in the usual sense: no Norwegian licence, a Curaçao regulator, and a Norwegian-language storefront built for this market. It is reachable today because it is not on Lotteritilsynet’s current list; that can change with the next decision, and a blocked domain usually forwards to a mirror, so the licence and operator are what you should anchor to, not the address. One tax point, stated on every page we publish, in the regulator’s own terms: Gevinster over 10 000 kroner er skattepliktige uansett hvor casinoet er lisensiert. Under skatteloven § 5-50, any single win over 10,000 NOK is taxable in Norway regardless of where the casino is licensed; playing at a Curaçao-licensed brand does not make winnings tax-free, and nothing on this page should be read as saying otherwise. Our guide to tax on casino winnings explains the rule.
Our rating: 4.0 / 5 — how we got there
The score is for a proposition we could verify: a licence read on the CGA registry with the Norwegian domain named in the terms, a no-sticky bonus published with its minimum deposit and 35× figure, a stated 24–48 hour withdrawal window and no-fee policy, and a lobby from named top-tier providers. It is held at 4.0 by the withdrawal caps (€5,000 a day, €50,000 a month), card payouts of 3–5 business days, the absence of any Casino Guru record for a 2025 brand, and an Anjouan seal slot we cannot explain. Safety score 7/10: register-verified licence and domain (+3), desk review (+1), bonus terms published (+1), withdrawal window published (+1), fee policy published (+1). Our method is on how we review.
Bottom line
Regal Rush suits a Norwegian player who wants the no-sticky bonus with a published 24–48 hour payout window and live tables from Evolution, and who will never need more than €5,000 a day out. It does not suit a high-stakes player, or anyone who wants an independent complaint record before trusting a brand — there is none yet, good or bad. Deposit the 200 kr minimum or a sum you are happy to play through first, take a withdrawal early, and play responsibly.
Regal Rush review: quick answers
Is Regal Rush legit?
Yes, as far as a register can show: Regal Rush is operated by White Star B.V. (Curaçao reg. 153150) under Curaçao CGA licence OGL/2023/159/0076, row 611 on the CGA online-gaming registry with "Indefinite" validity, and its terms name regalrush-no.com directly in clause 1.3. We checked both on 28 October 2026. It is an offshore licence — no Norwegian regulator can compel a payout.
What is the Regal Rush welcome bonus?
A 100% no-sticky match on a first deposit of 200 kr or more, up to 5,000 kr, plus 100 free spins on Templar Tumble. Your deposit is played first with no wagering; once you start using the bonus balance, the bonus must be wagered 35 times before withdrawal (operator terms, read 28 October 2026).
How fast does Regal Rush pay out?
The operator's FAQ says withdrawals are normally processed within 24–48 hours, with e-wallets and crypto fastest and card withdrawals taking 3–5 business days. No casino fee is charged. AskGamblers records caps of €5,000 a day, €20,000 a week and €50,000 a month. We have not deposit-tested Regal Rush.
Is Regal Rush blocked in Norway?
Not on the list we hold. Lotteritilsynet's February 2026 DNS-blocking decision (238 domains) does not include regalrush-no.com or regalrush.com; four sister domains in the same group are on it. Reachability does not make it Norwegian-licensed, and wins over 10,000 kr are taxable in Norway regardless of licence.
