In Ontario or Alberta? 5bet is licensed offshore and is intended for players in the rest of Canada. If you are in Ontario or Alberta, use a provincially licensed site — see our Ontario online casinos and Alberta online casinos pages.

5bet does one thing differently, and it is the thing worth knowing: there is no wagering. Cashback, and what you win from it, is paid as real money you can withdraw — not a locked bonus balance you have to turn over 30 or 40 times first. The brand sums itself up as “you win, we pay,” and for a Canadian player who has watched a withdrawal evaporate against a wagering requirement, that is the pitch.
Is 5bet legit?
5bet is owned and operated by 3-102-938336 SRL and licensed by the Government of Anjouan under licence ALSI-202511001-FI1. We checked that number against the Anjouan register ourselves on 23 October 2026: it is live, it belongs to this operator, and — unlike a lot of Anjouan entries — it covers a single domain, 5bet.com, rather than a stack of 30-odd skins. That is a better sign than most offshore brands we review. Deposits and withdrawals are processed by NODECRAFT LTD, registered in Cyprus.
Two honest caveats. First, 5bet is new — the licence was issued in late 2025 and the brand has no long track record yet, so there is no history of complaints to weigh either way. Second, the licence as recorded has a short validity window, which we will re-check at renewal. Anjouan is an offshore licence, not a Canadian one, so 5bet is for players outside Ontario and Alberta.
The offer — cashback, not a wagering trap
The welcome offer comes in two no-wagering flavours, both on a first deposit of just C$20: the Snoop Dogg Dollar Game gives 100 free spins, and Aviamasters 2 gives 100 free rounds. Crucially, there is no wagering on either, so what you win from them is real, withdrawable money — the whole point of 5bet, and a genuinely different proposition from the “100% up to $1,000” offers that look big and then lock the money behind a 40x turnover.
Payments — Interac and crypto
For Canadians the important line is that 5bet takes Interac, still the easiest rail into an offshore casino from a Canadian bank. Alongside it there is a full crypto set — Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Litecoin, BNB, Dogecoin and Tron — nine payment options in all.
Payouts
5bet leans on fast withdrawals as part of the pitch, and the one independent test we have seen clocked payouts as effectively instant. We have not deposit-tested 5bet with our own money yet, so we are reporting the operator-stated speed and that single external data point rather than our own cashout.
Our rating: 4.3 / 5 — how we got there
The score reflects a genuinely differentiated, verifiable proposition: no wagering, real-money cashback, Interac plus crypto, instant-leaning payouts, and a licence we checked on the register. It is held back from higher by what we cannot yet stand behind — 5bet is brand-new, we have not deposit-tested it, and an offshore Anjouan licence carries less player protection than a Canadian provincial one. Treat it as a strong option for the no-wagering angle, with the usual new-brand caution.
Bottom line
If you are in Canada outside Ontario and Alberta and you are tired of wagering requirements eating your winnings, 5bet is built for that exact complaint: cashback you can actually withdraw, paid fast, with Interac and crypto both on the table. Verify the current offer on site, start small until you have taken your first withdrawal, and play responsibly.
