Big Lucky is the Casino Days group’s “lucky” brand: a Norwegian-language site at biglucky-no.com, run by White Star B.V. under the same Curaçao licence as Regal Rush and Panosta, selling a no-sticky welcome bonus, a daily cashback and a lobby of around 5,000 games. The Norwegian site is new in 2026 but the brand is older — the group’s offshore Big Lucky has run since the Casino Days era, with a Kahnawake permit held in parallel for Canada — and that history shows in the cleaner complaint record of the three. This review takes the operator’s own pages and terms, as read on 28 October 2026, plus the licence register, and works out what each promise is worth.
Is Big Lucky legit? The licence, read on the register
Big Lucky is operated by White Star B.V., a Curaçao company (registration 153150, Korporaalweg 10), under Curaçao Gaming Control Board online gaming licence OGL/2023/159/0076. We read that licence on the CGA’s public online-gaming registry (20 October 2026 edition) on 28 October 2026: row 611, B2C, licensee White Star B.V., validity “Indefinite” from 24 December 2025. The licence was first issued on 2 February 2024 for a year, after the group’s earlier Antillephone sub-licence era; there is no descending ladder of regimes here, which is the pattern we check for first. The CGA registry lists licensees, not domains, so the domain-level evidence for a Curaçao brand is the site’s own terms: biglucky-no.com’s clauses 1.1–1.3 name White Star B.V. and the licence number. One precise point about the domain: the Big Lucky terms name BIGLUCKY.COM in clause 1.3, not the Norwegian mirror biglucky-no.com you are reading. The operator and licence are the same, and the mirror is plainly the group’s own, but our domain-level check for this brand rests on the shared operator entry rather than on the Norwegian address being named. Regal Rush and Panosta both name their -no.com domains directly.
What the licence is not: Norwegian. The CGA is an offshore regulator; Lotteritilsynet has no role in a dispute with Big Lucky, and the terms restrict only the USA, the Netherlands, France, the Dutch West Indies and Curaçao itself — Norway is accepted. Big Lucky is not on Lotteritilsynet’s February 2026 DNS-blocking list (238 domains, the latest published), although four sister domains in the same group — casinodays.com, casinodays1.com, luckyspins.com and rocketriches.com — are. A blocked sibling says nothing about this domain’s licence and everything about how Lotteritilsynet treats the group; expect biglucky-no.com to be reviewed in a future decision like every offshore site serving Norway. See how the licence compares in our casino licence comparison and the full list on blokkerte casino i Norge.
The welcome bonus — 100% no-sticky up to 5,000 kr + 100 free spins
The headline is a 100% match on a first deposit of 200 kr or more, up to 5,000 kr, plus 100 free spins. The 100 free spins are on Book of Dead. The part worth reading twice is the word “no-sticky”, because here it means what it should. The operator keeps your deposit and the bonus as two separate balances. You play your own money first, with no wagering requirement attached to it; the bonus only activates when your deposit balance is used up. The operator’s own example: deposit 1,000 kr and you get 1,000 kr extra; while your balance is above 1,000 kr you are playing your own funds, and if you win before touching the bonus you can withdraw at once.
Once the bonus balance is in play, the maths changes: the bonus amount must be wagered 35 times before it can be withdrawn. On a full 5,000 kr bonus that is 175,000 kr of turnover; on a 1,000 kr bonus, 35,000 kr. The Norwegian promotion page we read on 28 October 2026 publishes the minimum deposit and the 35× figure but not a maximum bet, a game-contribution table or an expiry; those sit in the linked bonus terms, which you should open before you accept. Read it plainly: this is a good structure for a player who may win early and walk away, and an ordinary 35× slots bonus for a player who plays through the deposit. The same offer runs across all three Rhino Norway brands, so the choice between them is the licence detail, payouts and record, not the bonus.
Cashback — 10%, stated daily, no cap
Big Lucky’s homepage says every player gets 10% daily cashback with no maximum, credited within 24 hours of each cashback period, “even on days you are unlucky and lose”; the promotions page files the same offer under a Thursday heading, so read the cashback terms in the account for the exact period before relying on the daily wording. VIP players are offered higher rates. A daily wheel gives free spins or deposit bonuses for logging in, and there are regular tournaments — a Hacksaw tournament with 70,000 kr in prizes was running the week we checked. We have not read the cashback’s own terms line by line; treat the rate as stated and the mechanics as the operator’s.
Payments from Norway
The site names cards, bank transfer, e-wallets and crypto as its deposit methods “depending on availability”, says the cashier shows the full list, and features Revolut on its promotions page. No casino fee is charged on deposits or withdrawals (operator-stated); your bank or payment provider may charge currency or processing fees, which the operator says are outside its control. The minimum deposit for the welcome bonus is 200 kr. The usual Norway pattern applies: Vipps does not work at foreign casinos and Norwegian bank cards are often declined by DNB and others, so an e-wallet, Revolut or crypto is the rail most likely to go through first time. Accounts are offered in kroner, which removes the exchange spread on deposit and withdrawal.
Payouts and limits
Big Lucky does not publish a withdrawal window. Its FAQ says limits vary by payment method — a minimum per withdrawal, maximums that may apply per transaction, per day or per month — and that e-wallet and crypto withdrawals are “often processed faster, with higher limits than traditional bank methods”. No casino fee is charged on deposits or withdrawals; your bank or wallet may charge currency or processing fees. Casino Guru notes a daily maximum-win cap in the terms, which is the clause to read before a large session. We have not deposit-tested Big Lucky, so there is no stopwatch figure here.
Games and support
The operator states around 5,000 games from 93 studios, growing weekly: slots from Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play, Push Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Red Rake and others, Evolution’s live tables — Crazy Time, Monopoly Big Baller, Lightning Storm, Lightning Dice, Immersive Roulette, Speed Auto Roulette — plus classic blackjack and roulette, crash games and a networked jackpot across Mega, Major, Minor and Mini tiers. The most-played lists on the site run from Starburst, Gonzo’s Quest and Book of Dead to Wolf Gold, Buffalo King and Jammin’ Jars. There is no app: the operator says the site is built for mobile browsers on phones and tablets. Support is 24/7 by live chat and email, in Norwegian, with an FAQ for the common questions. Responsible-gambling tools listed are deposit limits, session reminders and self-exclusion.
Big Lucky for Norwegian players
For Norway, Big Lucky is an offshore casino in the usual sense: no Norwegian licence, a Curaçao regulator, and a Norwegian-language storefront built for this market. It is reachable today because it is not on Lotteritilsynet’s current list; that can change with the next decision, and a blocked domain usually forwards to a mirror, so the licence and operator are what you should anchor to, not the address. One tax point, stated on every page we publish, in the regulator’s own terms: Gevinster over 10 000 kroner er skattepliktige uansett hvor casinoet er lisensiert. Under skatteloven § 5-50, any single win over 10,000 NOK is taxable in Norway regardless of where the casino is licensed; playing at a Curaçao-licensed brand does not make winnings tax-free, and nothing on this page should be read as saying otherwise. Our guide to tax on casino winnings explains the rule.
Our rating: 4.0 / 5 — how we got there
The score is for a proposition we could verify: a licence read on the CGA registry and matched to the operator in the terms, a no-sticky bonus whose mechanics are published with the minimum deposit and the 35× figure, a stated no-fee policy, a Norwegian-language site with 24/7 support, and a group whose complaint record on the independent trackers is clean — Casino Guru 6.6 “Above average” and AskGamblers 7.5 with no complaints, both read on 28 October 2026. It is held at 4.0 by what works against the player’s money: no published withdrawal window, limits only visible in the cashier, a daily max-win cap in the terms, and the fact that the terms name biglucky.com rather than the Norwegian mirror. Safety score 6/10 on our scale: register-verified licence (+3), desk review (+1), bonus terms published (+1), fee policy published (+1); nothing for a withdrawal window because none is published. Our method is on how we review.
Bottom line
Big Lucky suits a Norwegian player who wants a no-sticky bonus they can walk away from, a daily cashback and a Norwegian-language desk, and who is comfortable with an offshore licence and limits that only the cashier shows. It does not suit anyone who needs a published payout time before depositing, or who expects a licence that names the Norwegian address. Deposit the 200 kr minimum or a sum you are happy to play through first, take a withdrawal early, and play responsibly.
Big Lucky review: quick answers
Is Big Lucky legit?
Yes, as far as a register can show: Big Lucky is operated by White Star B.V. (Curaçao reg. 153150) under Curaçao CGA licence OGL/2023/159/0076, which sits on the CGA online-gaming registry as row 611 with "Indefinite" validity. We matched the licence and operator to the site's own terms on 28 October 2026. It is an offshore licence, so no Norwegian regulator can force a payout, and the Norwegian mirror biglucky-no.com is not itself named in the terms.
What is the Big Lucky welcome bonus?
A 100% no-sticky match on a first deposit of 200 kr or more, up to 5,000 kr, plus 100 free spins on Book of Dead. Your own deposit is played first with no wagering; once you start on the bonus balance, the bonus must be wagered 35 times before it can be withdrawn (operator terms, read 28 October 2026).
How fast does Big Lucky pay out?
The operator does not publish a withdrawal window. Its FAQ says limits vary by method, with a minimum per withdrawal and maximums per transaction, day or month, and that e-wallet and crypto withdrawals are usually faster with higher limits than bank methods. No casino fee is charged. We have not deposit-tested Big Lucky.
Is Big Lucky blocked in Norway?
Not on the list we hold. Lotteritilsynet's February 2026 DNS-blocking decision (238 domains) does not include biglucky-no.com or biglucky.com, although four sister domains in the same group — casinodays.com, casinodays1.com, luckyspins.com and rocketriches.com — are on it. Being reachable does not make it Norwegian-licensed, and wins over 10,000 kr are taxable in Norway regardless.
