Spin.io is a crypto casino and sportsbook that launched in 2025 under FunGame LLC, and it sells itself on two things: one balance for slots, live tables and sports, and a welcome banner that reads “up to $100,000”. The banner is real but it is not the story. The story is the mechanics underneath — a bonus released in ten drops, each earned by wagering six times your deposit, inside ten days, at a $10 maximum bet — and, on the other side of the ledger, a weekly cashback paid as real money with no wagering at all. This review takes the operator’s own terms, as published on 27 October 2026, and works out what each of those is worth.
Is Spin.io legit?
Spin.io is owned and operated by FunGame LLC, registration number 4135 LLC 2025, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and is licensed by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan under licence ALSI-202508063-FI2. We checked that number against the Anjouan public register ourselves on 27 October 2026, by domain: the entry is live, it belongs to FunGame LLC, it was issued on 29 August 2025 and runs to 28 August 2027, and it names three domains — spin.io, betbeast.com and rivieracasino.com. Three storefronts on one licence is a smaller family than many Anjouan entries, but it is a family, and a dispute with Spin.io is a dispute with the company behind all three.
Two factual notes. The licence seal in Spin.io’s footer links to a domain that does not currently resolve, so the seal cannot be clicked through to the register; the licence itself verifies on the register’s own site, which is the check that matters. And we found no earlier licence or regulator for spin.io or FunGame LLC — this is a brand that started on Anjouan in 2025, with no track record before it. Anjouan is an offshore licence: no Canadian, Irish or Norwegian regulator can compel a payout, and the governing law in the terms is that of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. See how it compares in our casino licence comparison.
The welcome bonus — $100,000 on the banner, 60× the deposit underneath
The headline is a 100% match on a first deposit of $20 or more, up to $100,000 or the crypto equivalent. Spin.io calls it a “Progressive Bounty Bonus”, and the structure is the part to read twice. The bonus is split into ten equal drops of 10%. Each drop unlocks when you have wagered six times your qualifying deposit on eligible games, and every drop is playable the moment it lands. But nothing from the bonus — neither the drops nor any winnings made with them — is withdrawable until all ten have been unlocked. Partial completion pays nothing. You have ten days from activation.
The maths, using the operator’s own example: deposit $100 and the bonus is $100. Every $600 wagered releases $10. To release all ten drops you wager $6,000 — 60 times the deposit — inside ten days, at a maximum bet of $10 per spin, hand or round. Slots count 100%; live casino and table games count 10%; provably fair games and slots with an RTP of 97% or higher count 0%. Single bets on red or black in roulette are listed as a prohibited strategy. Cancel, or run out of time, and all bonus funds and associated winnings are removed; the unused part of your own deposit stays yours.
Read it plainly: this is a bonus for a sustained, low-stakes slots session, not a boost you cash out of in an afternoon. Deposit $500 and you are committing to $30,000 of turnover in ten days at $10 a spin or less. The one-per-player, household, IP, device and payment-method rule is standard, and only the first qualifying deposit counts — later deposits neither increase the bonus nor count towards it.
Sportsbook welcome — the risk-free sixth bet
New sports bettors get a different shape of offer. Place five settled real-money bets within seven days of your first sportsbook bet, each at odds of 1.50 or higher and a minimum stake of $10, and Spin.io credits a sixth bet within 30 minutes of the fifth settling. Its size is the average stake of the first five, rounded up to the nearest $5, with a floor of $10 and a cap of $500. It must be used within seven days at odds between 1.30 and 9.99. If it loses, the stake comes back as real money, not bonus funds. Cash-out bets, bonus-funded bets and odds boosts do not count towards the five.
Cashback and VIP — the no-wagering part
This is where Spin.io’s offer is better than its welcome banner. Every Thursday at 00:01 UTC the operator totals your net losses on casino play for the previous week and pays a percentage back as real money with no wagering requirement: 4% at Bronze, rising through 5%, 6%, 8% and 10% to 12% at Legend. The cap is $25,000 per weekly payout, you must claim it from the Rewards card within seven days, sports bets are excluded, and a profitable week pays nothing. VIP tiers are earned with XP — $1 on slots is 1 XP, $1 on live, table, sports or provably fair games is 0.1 XP — and XP expires six weeks after it is earned, so a tier has to be maintained. Daily and monthly rakeback at the same 4–12% rates sit alongside, and Platinum and above are offered a weekly reload every Friday.
Payments — crypto first, fiat by region
Spin.io is a crypto-native cashier. Deposits are accepted in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, Litecoin and more; the operator shows the full list of coins and networks on the deposit screen once you are logged in, and credits a deposit after the required number of blockchain confirmations, typically a few minutes. Fiat deposit options “may be available depending on your jurisdiction” (operator FAQ), with fiat deposits taking one to three business days where offered — so a Canadian, Irish or Norwegian player should expect crypto to be the primary rail and check the cashier for anything else before relying on it. The minimum deposit for the welcome bonus is $20 or the crypto equivalent; cashier minimums otherwise vary by coin and are shown at the time of deposit. Two rules to note from the terms: there is no currency exchange on site, so you withdraw in the same cryptocurrency or method you deposited with, and every deposit must be wagered at least once before it can be withdrawn.
Payouts and verification
The operator’s FAQ says most cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours after approval; the terms reserve the right to take up to 72 hours. Spin.io charges no withdrawal fee of its own — blockchain network fees apply. Maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and VIP level and are shown in the account. We have not deposit-tested Spin.io, so those are the operator’s figures, not our stopwatch.
On verification, be precise, because Spin.io is marketed in places as a “no-KYC” casino and its own documents say something more conditional. The FAQ states that identity verification is a regulatory requirement under its Anjouan licence and anti-money-laundering rules; the terms say verification may be required at any time, that payments can be withheld until identity, age and residence are confirmed, and that withdrawals are subject to KYC, wagering and security checks. The documents named are a government photo ID, proof of address dated within three months and proof of wallet ownership, with a selfie or video check possible; the stated turnaround is 24–48 hours. The practical reading: you may deposit and play without documents, but you should plan on being verified before your first meaningful withdrawal, and the operator can hold funds while that happens.
Games and sportsbook
The lobby runs to thousands of titles across slots, live dealer blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows, table games, video poker, crash and instant-win games, with providers the operator names as Pragmatic Play, Evolution and Play’n GO among others. There is a Spin Originals range of in-house provably fair games whose results you can verify with a server seed and client seed, and categories for bonus-buy, Megaways and hold-and-win slots. The sportsbook covers pre-match and in-play markets under its own rules, which take precedence over the general terms for anything bet-related. Most slots and table games offer a demo mode; live dealer games need a real balance. Support is 24/7 by live chat and email.
Spin.io for Canadian players
Spin.io is an offshore, Anjouan-licensed site and is not registered with iGaming Ontario or the AGLC. It is for players in the rest of Canada; Ontario and Alberta players should use a provincially regulated operator. For the rest of Canada it is a straightforward crypto account — buy BTC, ETH or USDT on a Canadian exchange, send it to the wallet address Spin.io shows, and the deposit is credited after confirmations. No Interac rail is stated, so if you want to pay from a Canadian bank account directly, the Interac brands on our crypto casinos Canada page are the better fit. Offer terms are quoted in US dollars or the crypto equivalent.
Spin.io for Irish players
It is legal for a person in Ireland to play at Spin.io, and winnings are not taxed in Ireland. It is not an Irish-licensed site: the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland has not issued any online casino licences yet, so no casino serving Irish players holds one, and a dispute with Spin.io is handled by its support desk and, failing that, the Anjouan authority — see our GRAI licensing explainer. For funding, Irish players should expect crypto first; the cashier decides whether any card or fiat option is shown for Ireland.
Spin.io for Norwegian players
For Norway, Spin.io is an offshore casino in the usual sense: no Norwegian licence, and Lotteritilsynet has no role in a dispute. Funding from Norway follows the pattern on every page of this site — Norwegian bank cards are often declined at foreign casinos and Vipps does not work, so crypto bought at a Norwegian exchange is the rail that reliably goes through, which suits a crypto-native cashier like this one. One tax point, stated on every page we publish: under skatteloven § 5-50, winnings over 10,000 NOK are taxable in Norway regardless of where the casino is licensed. Playing at an Anjouan-licensed brand does not make winnings tax-free, and nothing on this page should be read as saying otherwise.
Our rating: 4.1 / 5 — how we got there
The score is for a proposition we could verify: a licence read by us on the public register, bonus terms published in full down to the max bet and game contributions, a withdrawal window and fee policy in writing, 24/7 live chat and email support, and a cashback programme that pays real money without wagering. It is held at 4.1 by what works against the player’s money: an effective 60× turnover on the welcome bonus with a ten-day clock and a $10 ceiling, a 72-hour processing reserve behind the 1–24 hour headline, verification that can be required before a payout, and an operator that launched in 2025 with no track record and two sister storefronts on the same licence. We have not deposit-tested it. Safety score 7/10 on our scale: register-verified licence (+3), desk review against the register (+1), full bonus terms published (+1), withdrawal window and fee policy published (+1), KYC/AML policy published (+1); deductions for the new brand, the shared licence, the dead seal link and no deposit test. Our method is on how we review.
Bottom line
Spin.io suits a crypto player who wants casino and sports on one balance, values a no-wagering weekly cashback over a locked welcome balance, and is comfortable with an offshore licence and the possibility of a document check before cashing out. It does not suit anyone who reads “$100,000” and expects a quick boost — the welcome bonus is a 60×-deposit, ten-day slots grind — or anyone in Ontario or Alberta, or a player who needs a card or bank rail rather than crypto. Start with a deposit you would be happy to wager sixty times or skip the bonus altogether, take a first withdrawal early, and play responsibly.
Spin.io review: quick answers
Is Spin.io legit?
Yes, in the sense that can be checked: spin.io is named on Anjouan licence ALSI-202508063-FI2, issued to FunGame LLC on 29 August 2025 and valid to 28 August 2027, which we read on the public register on 27 October 2026. The same licence also covers betbeast.com and rivieracasino.com. It is an offshore licence, so no Canadian, Irish or Norwegian regulator can force a payout.
What is the Spin.io welcome bonus?
A 100% match on a first deposit of $20 or more, up to $100,000 or the crypto equivalent. It is released in ten drops of 10% each, one every time you wager 6× the deposit, so the full bonus needs 60× the deposit wagered within 10 days. The maximum bet is $10 a round and only slots count in full (operator terms, read 27 October 2026).
How fast does Spin.io pay out?
The operator’s FAQ says most crypto withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours after approval; its terms reserve up to 72 hours and make every withdrawal subject to identity verification, wagering checks and security review. Spin.io charges no withdrawal fee; network fees apply. We have not deposit-tested Spin.io ourselves.
Does Spin.io require KYC?
Spin.io is marketed in places as a no-KYC casino, but its own FAQ and terms say identity verification is a requirement of its Anjouan licence and can be requested at any time, with withdrawals held until it is complete. Documents named are a photo ID, proof of address within three months and proof of wallet ownership; the stated turnaround is 24–48 hours. Plan on being verified before a first withdrawal.
