Is PickWin legit?
On the paperwork, yes — the licence is real, current and names the right company. On 29 August 2026 we looked PickWin up on the Anjouan Gaming public register and found the entry directly: Nalate SRL, licence ALSI-202501032-FI2, status valid, issued 26 January 2025, expiring 25 January 2027, with pickwin.fun and pickwin.com named on it. That is the full check — number, company, domains and dates confirmed at source, not read off a footer badge.
Two caveats belong next to that. First, the brand is barely a year old, so the independent complaint file is thin — there is no long record to lean on yet. Second, both licensed domains sit behind an interactive human-verification wall from our connection, so every operator figure in this review is attributed to the sources that could read the site, not to the terms pages themselves. Confirm the numbers in the cashier before they matter to you.
Licensing & safety
The register entry in full, verified by us on the Anjouan Gaming public register on 29 August 2026:

That last line matters. PickWin-branded domains beyond those two circulate, and anything not named on the licence is not covered by it. Register on one of the two licensed domains and keep your account emails — the multi-domain pattern is common in this sector, and the domain you signed up on is the one your balance and verification history live on.
Licence history is short and clean: PickWin launched in 2025 directly on this Anjouan licence, and we found no earlier regime on record — so there is no downgrade ladder here, unlike peers that slid from stronger regulators to weaker ones. The regime itself is still the weakest we list: Anjouan sits below Curaçao on the one measure that counts, what happens when you and the casino disagree about money. Neither pickwin.com nor pickwin.fun appears on Lotteritilsynet’s Norwegian DNS blocking list (cumulative to the February 2026 decision).
Welcome bonus — and the unusual way you have to claim it
The operator sent us its own terms on 1 September 2026, so the figures below are the brand’s, not a third-party guess: a 100% first-deposit match up to €/$500, minimum deposit €/$20, 30× wagering, all games eligible, and a 7-day window to clear it. Thirty times is the market-standard multiplier rather than a bargain, and seven days is on the short side — on a €100 bonus that is €3,000 of turnover inside a week.
The claim mechanic is the part worth knowing before you deposit, because we have not seen another casino on this site do it. The bonus is not applied automatically and there is no code box to type into. You have to contact customer support, tell them you want the 100% bonus up to $500, and say you came from NewCasino.ai (the operator’s reference for us is NEWCASINO). If you deposit and simply expect the match to appear, it will not.
That is friction, and you should price it: it means the offer depends on a support agent doing the right thing at the moment you ask. Payments — Interac, crypto and now cards
Updated 9 September 2026. Until this month PickWin’s cashier was crypto and Interac and nothing else. On 8 September the operator told us it has added Revolut, Apple Pay, Google Pay and crypto cards, credited straight to the account. That is the operator’s statement, not something we have deposited to test, and their own fact sheet from 1 September still lists only the two original rails — so check the cashier before you fund anything. If it holds, it changes who this casino suits, and we have said so below rather than quietly rewriting the page.
Read what that means for your market, because it is the single most important fact on this page:
- Canada: Interac is the domestic rail, so this is a genuinely practical option — in and out through the method Canadians already use.
- Norway and Ireland: Interac does not operate here, so until this month this was a crypto-only account for you. The stated addition of Revolut matters more here than anywhere else — a Revolut card is the workaround Norwegian and Irish players already use when a domestic card is declined at a gambling merchant. Treat it as unconfirmed until you see it in the cashier. The supported currencies remain EUR, USD and CAD plus a long crypto list; there is still no NOK account.
The stated numbers, from the operator: minimum deposit $20, minimum withdrawal $25, no deposit or withdrawal limits, and withdrawals processed instantly to within 24 hours. An uncapped withdrawal policy is unusual and genuinely good if it holds — most brands on this site cap weekly payouts, several at €5,000. We have not deposit-tested it, so treat the speed as a claim with a name attached rather than a measured result, and clear any bonus wagering before you request a payout.
The operator, the platform and what is missing
Facts from the operator’s own sheet, dated 1 September 2026: PickWin launched on 17 January 2025 and is run by Nalate SRL, registered in San José, Costa Rica — a Costa Rican company on an Anjouan licence, which is a common structure in this part of the market and worth knowing rather than being surprised by. Two absences matter. There is no mobile app — it is a browser site, which is normal for offshore brands and no real loss. More notable: there is no phone support, and live chat is handled through Telegram, Messenger and Instagram rather than a window inside the casino. Given that the welcome bonus can only be claimed by talking to support, the route you talk to them through is not a detail — test it before you fund the account.
One differentiator the operator leads with: automatic cashback on sports betting losses, which it describes as unique among its peers. We have not verified the rate or the terms and neither is in the sheet, so treat it as a claim to check in the cashier, not a reason to deposit.
Games
The stated library is around 14,000 titles from more than 60 providers, with Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play’n GO and Big Time Gaming among the names quoted, plus a separate sportsbook (all stated). At that scale the practical question is not the count — it is whether your games and your market’s live tables are in the lobby, and thirty seconds in the lobby answers that better than any review.

PickWin’s Trustpilot stood at 4.9 from 6,463 reviews when we checked on 29 August 2026, 98% of them five-star — an exceptional score for this sector at any age, let alone one year in. Put next to it: a forum thread on a major complaints platform alleges the brand has offered free spins in exchange for five-star reviews, which Trustpilot’s rules prohibit, while Trustpilot’s own panel shows no recent invitation history. We do not republish scores as verdicts on this site. The useful signal in any review file is the specific complaint that repeats, and PickWin’s file is too young to show one either way — so read the one-star pages, not the average.
Our rating: 3.9 — how we got there
Within our desk-review calibration, 3.9 puts PickWin above brands whose licence we could not confirm as finalised, and just below the 4.0 group whose operators carry multi-brand, multi-year track records and published payout caps on file. The case up: a register-verified, currently valid licence with the domains named on it — the exact check several peers fail — plus operator-confirmed terms, an uncapped withdrawal policy and stated instant-to-24h payouts that would be quick if they hold. The case holding it down: one year of history, the weakest licence regime we list, a payment set that is crypto-only outside Canada, a welcome bonus you can only claim by asking support for it, and a review score that cannot yet be taken at face value. Deposit-tested payout speeds or another year of clean record would move it up; a repeated payout-complaint pattern would move it the other way.
Bottom line
A licence that checks out at source, payment rails that read genuinely strong, and a year-old brand whose glowing score you should set aside in favour of the terms in front of you.
