BET99 — the short version

BET99 is the only casino on this site that holds a Canadian provincial registration, and it holds two. In Ontario it operates as 1000007698 Ontario Ltd and appears on the iGaming Ontario register. In Alberta it operates as 2786638 Alberta Inc and appears on the AGLC register as an iGaming Operator, running to 13 July 2027. We checked both ourselves.

Everything else we list is offshore — Anjouan, Curaçao, Tobique. Those are real licences with real registers, but they are not the same thing as a provincial registration, and the difference matters if something goes wrong.

Why there are no offer figures on this page

BET99 runs welcome offers in both provinces. We are not showing them, and that is deliberate.

Ontario and Alberta both prohibit advertising gambling inducements to the public. The AGCO’s standards bar public advertising of offers, credits and free bets, and Alberta applies the same approach through AGLC. That rule binds operators and the sites that promote them, so a page listing a provincially regulated casino alongside its welcome package is a page breaking the rule.

If you see an Ontario or Alberta casino’s offer advertised on a comparison site, that is a sign the site is either ignoring the rules or is not actually talking about the regulated product. It is worth knowing which you are reading.

What regulated actually buys you

The practical differences between a provincially registered operator and an offshore one are not marketing points, they are recourse:

  • A regulator with jurisdiction over the operator, in your own province, that you can complain to
  • Player funds held under provincial requirements rather than an operator’s own promise
  • Dispute resolution that exists as a process rather than as an email address
  • Advertising and responsible gambling standards the operator is held to

Against that, the regulated market is smaller, the promotions are quieter by law, and the game libraries are usually shorter than the offshore sites can offer. That trade is the whole decision.

Where BET99 is available

Ontario and Alberta only. Alberta’s regulated market opened on 13 July 2026 and BET99 went live there in October 2026 through its Alberta entity. If you are outside those two provinces, BET99’s regulated product is not open to you and nothing on this page applies.

What we have not verified

We have not deposited at BET99 and we have not tested a withdrawal. Its sites are province-locked, so we cannot read the live cashier, the payment list or the stated payout times from our desk the way we can for the offshore brands we review.

What we can verify, and have, is the registration: both provincial entries, by name and number, on the regulators’ own registers. For a regulated operator that is the part that matters most, and it is the part most reviews skip.

Frequently Asked Questions

In Ontario and Alberta, yes. It appears on the iGaming Ontario register and on the AGLC register as 2786638 Alberta Inc, an iGaming Operator registration running to 13 July 2027. We checked both. It is not available in other provinces.

Ontario and Alberta prohibit advertising gambling inducements to the public. Publishing BET99's offer alongside a link to it would break that rule, so we do not.

You get a regulator in your own province with jurisdiction over the operator, player funds held under provincial requirements, and a formal dispute process. The trade is a smaller market with quieter promotions.

No. Its sites are province-locked, so we cannot read the live cashier or run a withdrawal test from our desk. We have verified the registrations, which is the part that matters most for a regulated operator.
