The best online casino for Irish players right now is DolfWin: a cashier that lists Revolut by name, a €10 way in, and an Anjouan licence we verified on the public register by the casino’s domain. IceCasino follows on the strongest independent safety score, Dazard for the biggest euro package, and MyStake is the only casino on this site we have deposit-tested with our own money. No online casino holds an Irish licence in 2026 — GRAI has issued betting licences only — so every casino on this page is licensed offshore and accepts Irish players on that basis. Winnings are tax-free. Checked 26 October 2026.
Six Irish-facing casinos ranked on the things that decide whether a deposit works and a withdrawal arrives: the licence we could verify, what the wagering costs to clear, and whether Irish payment rails get money in and out.

Key takeaways
Ireland is in the middle of a licensing change, and that changes what “licensed” means here in 2026. The short version, before the detail:
- No online casino holds an Irish licence yet. The Gambling Regulation Act 2024 created the GRAI, and its remote betting licences commenced on 1 July 2026 — but remote gaming, which is what an online casino needs, has not opened; it is signposted across 2027 and 2028 and needs a further commencement order. Every casino accepting Irish players today runs on an overseas licence, in Anjouan or Curaçao.
- The GRAI register lists betting licences only. Any site telling you to “look it up on the GRAI register” to prove a casino is licensed is misreading it — the Activity column says Remote Betting and nothing else. Verify the overseas licence instead, on the issuing regulator’s own register, by the casino’s domain.
- Revolut is the Irish edge. Irish card issuers frequently decline gambling merchants. Casinos that name Revolut in the cashier — DolfWin and SpinPlatinum — sidestep the most common reason an Irish deposit fails.
- Wagering multiplied by the bonus is the real number. A €500 bonus at 50× means €25,000 wagered before a withdrawal. A €100 bonus at 20× means €2,000. The headline percentage tells you almost nothing on its own.
- Winnings are tax-free. Revenue treats recreational gambling winnings as non-assessable, so an Irish player keeps the full amount with nothing to declare.
- Complete KYC before you win, not after. Use documents whose name matches your payment method exactly. It is the single most common cause of a delayed first payout.

The best online casinos for Irish players right now
These are the brands we currently track for Ireland, in the order we rank them. Every one has been checked for the things that decide whether a deposit works and a withdrawal arrives: who operates it, what the licence actually is, what the wagering costs, and whether Irish payment rails work. The table below is generated from the same ranked list we use everywhere on the site — the offer, wagering line and payout column are read from each brand’s review, and the Claim button is the only affiliate link. We hold commercial arrangements with these operators, which funds the site, but that does not change the figures: where an operator has not supplied a number, we say so rather than estimate it.
| # | Casino | Bonus | Wagering | Payout | Claim |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | DolfWin | Up to €1,000 over 4 deposits + code DOLFWEL200 | 40x bonus + deposit | Up to 48 h stated by operator; 5,000 per week cap | Get bonus → |
| 2 | King Billy | Up to €2,500 (C$2,500) + 250 free spins over 4 deposits | 30x bonus | E-wallets: 1–2 hours | Get bonus → |
| 3 | IceCasino | Up to €1,500 + 270 free spins (4 deposits) | 40× · €5 max bet · 5× cashout | Crypto: minutes–hours (KYC on big wins) | Get bonus → |
| 4 | Dazard | 375% + 325 free spins up to €5,250 (4 deposits) | 40× deposit + bonus · €5 max bet | Operator-stated 6 Oct 2026: withdrawals processed within 24 h; caps €2,000/day, €5,000/week, €20,000/month (programme terms sheet: €3,000/week, €15,000/month) | Get bonus → |
| 5 | MyStake | 300% up to €1,500 | 30x (deposit + bonus), 30-day expiry | Crypto: minutes after approval; e-wallets 24-48 h; bank 3-5 days | Get bonus → |
- Minimum deposit for the bonus is usually €20 (€10 at DolfWin and SpinPlatinum for the account, €20 for the welcome package). A smaller first deposit does not trigger the offer.
- Check the “Pay from Ireland” line on each card before you register, so you are not stuck at the cashier.

The six, and what each actually offers an Irish player
DolfWin — Revolut, and a €10 way in
DolfWin is our top pick for Ireland, and the reason is the cashier. Revolut sits alongside Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, crypto, cards and bank transfer, which matters when Irish card issuers block gambling merchants. The welcome package runs to €1,000 across four deposits at 100%, 50%, 50% and 100%, with promo code DOLFWEL200. The general minimum deposit is €10, though the welcome-package minimum is stated at €20 — worth checking which applies before you fund. Minimum withdrawal is €25, withdrawals are operator-stated at up to 48 hours, and there is a 5,000 weekly ceiling.
Licence: Anjouan ALSI-202505009-FI1, held by Admiral Entertainment Limited — verified by us on the Anjouan public register, with dolfwin.com named on the licence (B2C, issued 14 May 2025, valid to 13 May 2027). The operator’s own paperwork has pointed more than one way this month, so we go by the register that names the domain, not the badge in the footer. Read the full DolfWin review.
IceCasino — the safest-rated on the shortlist
IceCasino carries a 9.8 Casino Guru safety score, the highest on this page — an independent assessment of terms and complaint handling, not a marketing badge, and for a player choosing between offshore sites that is worth more than a bigger headline bonus. The offer is up to €1,500 plus 270 free spins across four deposits at 40× wagering, with a €5 maximum bet while a bonus is active and a 5× cashout cap. That cap is the catch: a large bonus win cannot pay out without limit, so it suits steady play rather than chasing a single big result.
Licence is Curaçao GCB, OGL/2024/822/0338, held by Whitebox B.V. and read on the GCB register. Crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC) and Trustly Pay-N-Play sit alongside cards and e-wallets, and both route around a declined card. Crypto withdrawals are stated at minutes to hours, with KYC triggered on larger wins. Read the full IceCasino review.
Dazard — the biggest euro package here
Dazard lists the largest package here: 375% plus 325 free spins, up to €5,250 across four deposits, quoted in euros so nothing needs converting. It is also the expensive version of 40×, on deposit plus bonus, with a €5 max bet — a big headline that costs a lot to clear, so read it as a long play. Irish accounts are offered Visa, Mastercard, Rapid Transfer, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, CoinsPaid, Apple Pay and crypto with a €20 minimum.
The support desk stated on 6 October 2026 that withdrawals are processed within 24 hours, capped at €2,000 a day, €5,000 a week and €20,000 a month. The Anjouan entry (ALSI-202508056-FI2, Novatrix SRL) is verified by us on the register by domain; a Tobique licence is additionally quoted for Irish accounts and is operator-stated. Read the full Dazard review.
MyStake — the one we have actually tested
MyStake is the only casino on this site where we can talk about a withdrawal from our own bank statement rather than someone else’s terms page. Our editor deposited €100, played, requested €200, credited in 51 minutes with no KYC friction. That is one test, at one amount, on one date — it is evidence, not proof, and we would not claim otherwise.
The welcome offer is 300% up to €1,500 across three deposits, or 100 free spins on a first crypto deposit of €20 or more. Read the wagering carefully: 30× applies to deposit plus bonus combined, not the bonus alone, which roughly doubles the clearance. Minimum deposit is €20 by card or e-wallet and €10 in crypto; there is no PayPal or Trustly. Crypto withdrawals are reported at 30 to 60 minutes, e-wallets at 24 to 48 hours and bank transfers at three to five days. Licence is Curaçao GCB, OGL/2024/1798/1048, currently under renewal review. Read the full MyStake review.
Vegadream — the wagering ladder runs the right way
Most welcome packages get harder as they go. Vegadream’s gets easier, and that is genuinely unusual: the first deposit is 100% at 30×, the second 200% at 25×, the third 300% at 20×, so the largest match carries the lightest requirement. Across all three you are looking at up to €1,650 plus 300 free spins.
The library runs to 166+ providers — Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO and the rest you would expect — and Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT are handled through CoinsPaid and Bitpace. The number to know: withdrawals are capped at €50,000 a month, generous by the standards of this list. Licence is Anjouan ALSI-202506047-FI2 for Shadow Entertainment Ltd., read on the register on 12 September 2026 and valid to 1 June 2027. Read the full Vegadream review.
SpinPlatinum — the widest payment spread here
SpinPlatinum is DolfWin’s sister brand, also Admiral Entertainment, launched in 2025 on the DelaSport platform — a full multi-product site (slots, live dealer, sports, esports and virtuals in one wallet). The cashier is the standout: Revolut, Apple Pay and Google Pay alongside crypto, cards, Neteller and Skrill is a broader spread than most offshore sites manage, and again that matters in Ireland. Minimum deposit is €10 by card or e-wallet, €20 in crypto. The constraint to know: withdrawals are capped at €5,000 per seven days, so a five-figure win comes out in weekly instalments. No welcome-bonus figures were supplied to us, so we are not quoting any — check the cashier. Licence, as with DolfWin, is Anjouan under Admiral Entertainment Limited, verified on the register with spinplatinum.com named on it. Read the full SpinPlatinum review.
Four more Irish-facing brands sit behind these six and are reviewed in full: Oshi, King Billy, FortuneJack and WantedWin. Our wagering calculator turns any of these offers into a turnover figure before you deposit: wagering calculator.
How we verify and rate every casino
Every casino here goes through the same verification before it appears in any recommendation. The full methodology is on how we review; in short:
- Licence lookup. Check the stated licence number on the issuing authority’s own register — for an online casino today that is the Anjouan register (by domain) or the Curaçao GCB register (by company), not the GRAI register, which holds betting licences only — and confirm it is active, noting its history.
- Bonus T&C audit. Read the welcome terms line by line: wagering requirement, max bet during wagering, max cashout, eligible games, expiry and any withdrawal restrictions on bonus funds.
- Payout and fairness checks. Document payout ranges per method from operator figures, player reports and our own withdrawal test, and note whether third-party audit certificates (eCOGRA, iTech Labs) and per-game RTP are published.
- Support and monitoring. Test live chat and email, then re-check licence status, bonus terms and availability on a rolling basis, with manual re-checks triggered by player-reported changes.
Rating criteria weightings
| Criterion | Weighting |
|---|---|
| Trust & licensing | 30% |
| Payout speed | 20% |
| Bonus fairness | 15% |
| Game library & providers | 15% |
| UX & customer support | 10% |
| Mobile experience | 10% |

Is online gambling legal in Ireland, and what GRAI has actually licensed
Yes, playing is legal for you. There is no Irish law that penalises a resident for gambling at an online casino. The regulatory question is about operators, not players — and in Ireland that question is mid-transition, which is why so much of what is written about it is out of date.
The Gambling Regulation Act 2024 created the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland. The GRAI’s remote betting and betting intermediary licences commenced on 1 July 2026, and it has begun issuing them; when we last re-downloaded the register on 5 October 2026 it held 36 licences across 35 companies, all betting. Every online bookmaker serving Irish players now needs a GRAI licence rather than the old Revenue one.
Remote gaming — which is what an online casino needs — has not opened. It sits in a later phase signposted across 2027 and 2028 and dependent on a further commencement order, alongside gaming, lotteries, B2B and charitable licences. No date is fixed in law, so treat any specific one you see elsewhere with suspicion.
Two consequences follow, and they are the reason we have written this section rather than copying what other sites say:
- No online casino holds an Irish licence in 2026. Every site accepting Irish players operates on an overseas licence — Curaçao or Anjouan. A site claiming to be “GRAI-licensed” or “Irish-licensed” for casino games is describing something that does not exist.
- The public GRAI register lists betting licences only. If a guide points you at the GRAI register to prove a casino is licensed, it has not read the Activity column. Verify the offshore licence number on the issuing regulator’s own register instead.
Because the licence is offshore, there is no Irish regulator to escalate a dispute to: if a withdrawal stalls or a bonus is voided unfairly, your route is the operator’s own complaints process and then the licensing body named on its register entry. Ireland’s national gambling exclusion register under the Act has not commenced either, so a limit you set at one casino applies at that casino only.
Tax. Irish players pay no tax on casino winnings. Revenue treats recreational gambling winnings as non-assessable, whether it is €10 or €10 million, with nothing to declare; the only gambling tax in Ireland is a betting duty that licensed bookmakers pay on turnover. The detail, including the offshore and crypto edge cases, is on our casino winnings tax Ireland guide.
Before you register, the one check that matters most is the licence: find the number in the site footer and look it up on the issuing regulator’s own register, not on a comparison site, and confirm the company named on the licence matches the company in the terms. We keep a running note of where Irish licensing has actually got to on our GRAI licence tracker, and this page explains what the phrase “non-GRAI casino” means in practice.
How to evaluate a welcome bonus: the real cost explained
Bonus size alone tells you very little. A €500 bonus with a 50× wagering requirement requires you to wager €25,000 before withdrawing any winnings derived from it. A €100 bonus at 20× requires €2,000. The maths changes the effective value entirely. We rank the live Irish offers on exactly that maths on our best casino bonuses Ireland page.
Worked example
You claim a 100% matched deposit bonus up to €100 with a 35× wagering requirement and a €200 max cashout.
- Deposit €100. Bonus credits €100. Total balance: €200.
- Wagering requirement: €100 bonus × 35 = €3,500 to wager.
- Assuming a 96% RTP slot, expected loss during wagering: €3,500 × 4% = €140.
- If you complete wagering, your remaining balance is likely below your original deposit.
- Max cashout of €200 caps any upside even if you run well.
The Newcasino wagering calculator runs this calculation for any bonus in seconds — paste in the figures and see the expected playable value before you commit.
Pro tip: avoid bonuses with a max cashout below the wagering cost. If the expected loss during wagering exceeds the max cashout, the bonus has negative expected value by design. No-wagering offers sidestep this entirely — see our no-wagering casino list for Ireland.
The quick version for any offer: find the wagering requirement, multiply it by the bonus to get the turnover, multiply that by the house edge of the eligible games (2–5% for slots) to estimate the cost, and if that cost exceeds the max cashout the bonus is negative EV before you place a bet. Watch game weighting too — table games often count 10%, so €1 wagered on blackjack clears only 10c of the requirement.
Payment methods and payout speeds for Irish players
The Irish-specific problem is the deposit, not the game. Crypto, e-wallets and open-banking (Trustly) are the fastest routes out; cards take one to three days and bank transfers three to five. The table below is the summary, then the detail that matters for a big win.
| Payment method | Typical withdrawal time | Typical fees | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| E-wallet (Skrill, Neteller) | Hours–24 hours | Usually free | Fastest for Irish players |
| Trustly (open banking) | Hours–1 day | Usually free | Instant at some sites; IceCasino lists Pay-N-Play |
| Revolut | Hours–1 day | Usually free | Named at DolfWin and SpinPlatinum; see Revolut casino list |
| Debit card (Visa/Mastercard) | 1–3 days | Usually free | Some Irish issuers block gambling transactions |
| Bank transfer | 3–5 days | Possible intermediary fees | Slowest; use only if no e-wallet available |
| Crypto (BTC, ETH, etc.) | Near-instant–hours | Network fees apply | Available at every casino on this list |
Across the operators we track, e-wallets and open-banking methods consistently outperform cards for Irish players. Apple Pay and Google Pay are listed at SpinPlatinum, and Dazard’s support desk confirmed Apple Pay for Irish accounts on 6 October 2026; the comparison is on Apple Pay casino Ireland, and the phone-first picture is on mobile casinos Ireland.
Getting paid. Read the cap, not just the speed. DolfWin caps withdrawals at 5,000 a week, Dazard at €5,000 a week and €20,000 a month, SpinPlatinum at €5,000 a week and Vegadream at €50,000 a month. A large win at any of them is paid over several weeks. Complete KYC when you register rather than when you first ask for money out: the document check is what turns “within 24 hours” into several days. Most Irish-facing casinos operate in EUR; Revolut users can hold EUR in-app and skip conversion costs.
How to choose the right Irish online casino for your play style
Start with three questions before looking at any bonus:
- What is my priority? Speed of withdrawal, bonus value, game variety, live dealer access, or mobile quality?
- How fast do I need my money? If same-day withdrawal matters, filter to crypto- and e-wallet-friendly operators with documented fast payouts.
- Do I play live dealer games? If yes, prioritise SpinPlatinum or Vegadream, which carry the deepest live-dealer line-ups on our shortlist.
Red flags to avoid
- No verifiable licence number in the footer or “About” page — or a licence you cannot find on the issuing register.
- Bonus T&Cs that cap max cashout below the expected wagering cost.
- Withdrawal methods limited to bank transfer only, with no e-wallet, Revolut or crypto option.
- No responsible gambling tools (deposit limits, self-exclusion, reality checks) and support that is email-only with slow replies.
- A site that only loads through a VPN — a VPN bypasses geo-blocks but voids most operators’ T&Cs and removes your protection.
Which casino should you choose? Recommendations by player type
- Your Irish card keeps getting declined: DolfWin or SpinPlatinum. Both take Revolut directly, and SpinPlatinum adds Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- You care most about the operator’s record: IceCasino, on a 9.8 independent safety score — provided you can live with the 5× cashout cap.
- You want evidence someone has actually been paid: MyStake. It is the only brand on this site with a first-hand editor withdrawal behind it, logged in our Editor Test Log.
- You want the friendliest bonus maths, or play at stakes where a big win is realistic: Vegadream. The wagering falls from 30× to 20× as the package progresses, and the €50,000-a-month withdrawal cap is the most generous here — avoid SpinPlatinum’s €5,000 weekly ceiling at those stakes.
- You want money out quickly: MyStake for 30 to 60 minute crypto payouts, or Dazard, which states within 24 hours.
- You are starting small: DolfWin or SpinPlatinum, both in at €10.
An editor’s note on testing and trust
The checks in this guide are the same ones run across every review on the site: licences verified against official registers by the casino’s domain, not lifted from operator marketing; bonus terms read in full, including the clauses most players skip; payout behaviour documented from operator figures and player reports, not invented. One first-hand deposit test underlies the site — MyStake, April 2026 — and every other payout figure is operator-stated and labelled as such. The page is updated when operators change terms, licence status or payment options; if you find a discrepancy, use the contact form to flag it and the last-checked date moves with the correction. Gambling carries financial risk — play within your means and seek help from the HSE or Gambling Care if it stops being enjoyable.

Frequently asked questions
Which is the best online casino in Ireland right now?
Our top pick for Irish players is DolfWin, for a cashier that lists Revolut by name, a €10 way in and an Anjouan licence we verified on the public register by domain. IceCasino follows on the strongest independent safety score, and MyStake is the one casino on this site we have deposit-tested ourselves — a €200 withdrawal credited in 51 minutes in April 2026.
Does any casino hold an Irish or GRAI licence?
No. As of October 2026 the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland has issued betting licences only and zero remote-gaming (online casino) licences. Every casino open to Irish players is licensed offshore, in Anjouan or Curaçao, and accepts Irish players on that basis. Any site describing a casino as “GRAI-licensed” or “Irish-licensed” is wrong.
Is it legal to play at these casinos from Ireland?
Yes, for the player. No Irish law penalises a resident for playing at an online casino, and the sites open to Irish players hold a real offshore licence. It is not an Irish licence, so there is no Irish regulator to escalate a dispute to — your protection is the operator’s own terms and payout record.
Do I pay tax on casino winnings in Ireland?
No. Revenue treats recreational gambling winnings as non-assessable, so an Irish player keeps the full amount — whether it is €10 or €10 million — with nothing to declare. The only gambling tax in Ireland is a betting duty paid by licensed bookmakers, not a tax on the player.
Can I use Revolut at these casinos?
Yes. DolfWin and SpinPlatinum list Revolut in the cashier, and it works as a Visa or Mastercard payment at the others. Revolut matters in Ireland because some Irish banks decline direct card payments to offshore casinos. If a Revolut deposit bounces, check the gambling-merchant block in the app first.
How fast are withdrawals for Irish players?
Crypto is fastest — minutes to hours at every casino on this list, and the only payout we have tested ourselves (MyStake, €200) landed in 51 minutes. DolfWin states up to 48 hours and Dazard within 24 hours, both operator figures. Cards and bank transfers take days, and weekly or monthly withdrawal caps apply, so read the cap, not just the speed.
Sources and method
Licence details are taken from the issuing regulators’ own registers — the Anjouan public register (checked by domain) and the Curaçao GCB register. Bonus terms, wagering multipliers, withdrawal limits and payout timings come from the operators’ published terms and their affiliate-facing brand sheets, dated where relevant. Irish licensing status is taken from the Gambling Regulation Act 2024, the GRAI’s published phasing and its public register at grai.ie, re-downloaded 5 October 2026. One first-hand deposit test underlies this site: MyStake, 2026, recorded in the Editor Test Log; every other payout figure is operator-stated and labelled as such, and we do not cite other affiliate sites as evidence. The register sweep that catches brands we will not list is on sites to avoid.
