NewCasino.ai is an independent casino review site. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. If anything here is unclear, ask us through our contact page.

The short version

• There are no user accounts on this site and we never ask you for personal details to read it.
• We use two analytics tools. Neither places a cookie on your device unless you accept.
• We do not sell personal data.
• When you click through to a casino, that operator takes over as the controller of your data under its own policy.

What we collect

1. Analytics — only with your consent

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people read and how they arrive. It records pages viewed, time on page, an approximate location derived from your IP address, your device type, browser, and the site that referred you.

2. Session analytics — only with your consent

We use Microsoft Clarity to produce heatmaps and session replays. These show mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and how far down a page people read, so we can tell which parts of a guide are actually useful. Clarity masks text entered into form fields by default. We use it to improve layout and content, not to identify individuals.

3. Essential

A cookie named nc_cookie_consent stores your cookie choice for 12 months so we do not ask again on every page. Our caching layer may also set non-tracking cookies so pages load quickly. These do not identify you and cannot be switched off without breaking the site.

4. Server logs and security

Our hosting provider keeps standard web-server access logs — IP address, browser user-agent, the URL requested and a timestamp — for security, abuse prevention and diagnosing faults. Separately, failed login attempts to the WordPress administration area are logged by IP address to block brute-force attacks. Neither is used for marketing.

5. Comments

A comment form may appear beneath articles. If you leave a comment we store what you submit, plus your IP address and browser user-agent, for spam detection. We do not currently run comments and hold none.

6. What we do not do

We do not operate user accounts or registration, we do not run a mailing list, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Affiliate links

Some links to casinos are affiliate links, and we say so on the pages that carry them and in our affiliate disclosure. If you click one, the operator and its affiliate network set their own cookies and process your data under their own privacy policies. We have no control over that, and we would encourage you to read the operator’s policy before you register or deposit.

What comes back to us from those networks is aggregate reporting — counts of clicks, registrations and deposits. We do not receive your name, email address, or payment details.

Legal basis for processing (UK/EU GDPR)

• Analytics and session replay — your consent, Article 6(1)(a). You can withdraw it at any time.
• Server logs and login protection — our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available, Article 6(1)(f).

Who we share data with

Google LLC (Analytics), Microsoft Corporation (Clarity), our hosting provider, and the affiliate networks behind any link you choose to click. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers for their own purposes.

International transfers

Google and Microsoft process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Both rely on the safeguards they publish for those transfers, including standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Analytics and session data are held under the retention settings applied inside Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity respectively. Your cookie choice lasts 12 months. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited operational period. Comment data, if any is ever left, is kept until you ask us to remove it.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to confirm what we hold, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the EEA or the UK you also have the right to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.

Managing your choices

You will see a cookie banner the first time you visit. Choosing Reject Non-Essential means Microsoft Clarity is not loaded at all, and Google Analytics runs with storage denied under Google Consent Mode — it places no cookies on your device and is not used to identify you.

To change your mind later, clear cookies for newcasino.ai in your browser and reload the page — the banner will appear again. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. See our cookie policy for the detail.

Age restriction

Gambling content on this site is for adults only — 18+, or 19+ in some Canadian provinces. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below the legal age in their jurisdiction. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle data we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
